How Do I Place an Order?
The best way to place a custom shop order is to get in touch with us via email (orders@luckystraps.com.au) and let us know what you are looking for in your custom strap!
Basic information we will need to start the process includes;
- Which strap type you are after (range overview) and any custom length alterations you might like.
- Then use the above Custom Shop options to describe any additional custom details you might want.
- With this additional information we can work with our factory to determine if we have what we need to create your perfect custom strap!
What Can’t We Do?
Currently we cannot create custom strap shapes for you. We need to base all Custom Shop projects on one of our existing strap designs (range overview).
We can’t make a strap out of any colour leather/stitching you want, we only have a limited amount of options of thread colours and leathers that we know will work in our production process.
We can’t put multi colour logos on our straps, they must be single colour and a design that will work for the embossing process.
Your Own Logo
Please be aware that custom logos that are embossed need to be one single colour.
We sometimes have trouble embossing fine lines or fine detail onto straps especially if you have chosen one of our narrower strap options with foil embossing. To help you understand, we have included some examples below of what this might mean for a logo that is multi colour or fine lined.
If your logo is surrounded by small font text, we may also encourage splitting it up, so that the logo can be as big as possible on the strap, while the text can also be larger and easier to see.
In all cases, we will work with you if we think any alterations might need to be made to complete your custom logo!
How Long Will My Custom Strap Take?
Custom Shop Orders will take around 6-8 weeks to complete. If you are working to a deadline please let us know and we will do what we can.
