Returns and Exchanges
We offer change of mind refunds on any product that hasn’t been personalised. Unfortunately if you have chosen to personalise your strap we can only offer a refund or exchange if there is some issue with our workmanship.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It we are organising an exchange for you we will cover the cost of shipping the new camera strap our to you.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your product based on our order delivery tracking system. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Email Us to inform us that you would like to return you strap for a refund or an exchange.
- Ship your product to the following address using a tracked service. Please make sure your name and order number are inside the parcel somewhere:

- Once you returned strap arrived we will either send our your replacement strap or process the refund, whichever we have organsied with you.
Our lifetime common sense guarantee covers your strap from issues with workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not specifically cover any equipment the camera was carrying or normal ageing of leathers.
Please inspect your camera straps regularly, especially where it connects to the camera. Some small wear marks may appear on the webbing after a lot of use, this is normal. However, if you think the webbing may be compromised please contact us asap.
