As always they are made in Melbourne from genuine leather.

I love everything about this strap. It's comfortable, really well made and just the right length. It looks so cool! I was also very impressed with the packaging and design and with the community the company is building on instagram.
I really like the colour of the leather here. It has a nice pullup and will mark and scuff and add lots of character with use. Craftsmanship is really good, I had to hunt around to find a seam to be able to tell whether this was, in fact, two pieces of leather. Stitching is top-notch and the strap is really handy. I had mine customised with my logo and I am really thrilled with how it turned out. Glad I spared the extra expense, can't wait to get more made!
I’ve been taking photographs since I was eight years old and using a Brownie Starmite camera. I’m now 74 and still taking pictures as a hobby. Over the last 66 years I’ve owned a lot of cameras and a lot of camera straps. This strap is the best I’ve ever owned. Not only is it soft and supportive but the quick release system allows me to remove it quickly when not needed and reattach just as fast. And oh that new leather smell is to die for! Highly recommend Lucky Straps and their customer service.
Love my new strap! High quality very comfortable and my personalisation turned out so nice. Wish i bought it sooner.
I searched "high and low" for a quality strap with a quick release mechanism. After months of research and several purchases that I returned I found Lucky Straps via a web search. I ordered two from my home in the US, they arrived in four days, and I was amazed at the quality of the leather and the ingenuity of the release mechanism. Before finding Lucky I tried the plastic connector versions that must remain on the camera, the thin nylon corded versions that seem to flimsy to me, and even tried to make a strap. None of these came close to these beautiful Lucky Straps.. I have two Slim 30s on Fuji X100s and are perfect for these cameras.
Very well made and nicely presented. Much better than the original strap.
I’ve used Lucky straps on a range of cameras. I bought this strap to use on a full frame mirrorless. The strap is strong, beautifully finished and looks great. Better still it make the camera comfortable to carry. The quality of leather, stitching and, manufacturing are excellent. Lucky camera starts (with quick release ends) are the best I’ve found, anywhere.
Not one to generally go without, Justin at Lucky Straps has stepped up again and his latest wrist straps are the 💣
I tended to shoot with the OEM strap looped into a wrist strap whilst travelling, which bothered me immensely with the bulk and discomfort and I’d had enough.
Enter the ‘logical upgrade’...
Soft high quality tanned leather, unique quick release disconnect (intended for easy tripod shooting, without the attached strap getting picked up in the wind) and the workmanship is flawless.
Only suggest if you’re looking for a strap upgrade - you can do far worse than checking these out.
Standard 53 Vintage not only looks and feels like a quality product, it is 100% in front of its competition when carrying heavy cameras. Great quality, excellent QD clips and Aussie made, can't beat that.
I absolutely love my Simple 40 Tan strap. It’s impeccably made and beautiful. I’m sure it will be with me for many years to come. Great work and I look forward to my next one, which I will be ordering soon!
Never realised how uncomfortable the neck strap on my Canon was until I replaced it with the Standard 53 Lucky Strap, it is a joy to use. Very glad for the timely reference to the Lucky Strap business through the Canon promotion.
My only issue, not with the strap but with the camera, is it is a little awkward threading the right hand strap end through the camera loop on the Canon 6D MK2, to have the quick release latch on the outside.
I have a number of different Lucky straps. I have used just about every other brand of camera strap on the market at one time or another. Lucky straps are durable, comfortable, functional, look great and they are priced accordingly.
I purchased this for my Fujifilm X-T30 and oh my it looks great on it! The quality is absolutely nice and it's very light weight for a leather strap which is super comfortable compared to other traditional straps. The biggest tick here is the quick release feature that makes it so easy to swap between body, wrist or tripod setting. Justin was also above and beyond by simply getting in touch after my purchase :)
Strap is very well made, no loose threads or any other blemishes. No breakin period at all, felt comfortable first time I used it.
I bought it for a large lens, Canon 400mm 2.8, that weights around 8 pounds and is usually used on a tripod. On the tripod the strap is a distraction fotr me and the birds I am photographing so removing the strap is preferable to wrapping it around the camera. The ease of this quick release system is wonderful. The few times I need it on the lens for transport or other reasons it is a snap to put on and take off. I plan to purchase the long version for some of my other great white lens.
I recommend it highly.
I only wish it came in a medium length too since with the heavy lenses position on my hip is quite sensitive to length and there is a gap in lengths available between the two available lengths.
I am new to photography and video making. I needed a strap and had no idea what to buy. There are lots of choices on the web but I didn't feel that looking a boring photo would give me any idea of how the strap was in real life. I found Lucky Straps via a web search. The explainer video with Justin was excellent and gave me a real insight into the quality of the straps and the ethos of the company and the various options. I was unsure as to whether to order the Regular or the Long length. By size I should have ordered the Regular but I felt that I wanted the strap to be loose so I ordered the Long length. As I am 5ft 5in I worried a bit in case I had made a mistake. However when it arrived, the length was perfect. It has a good amount of adjustment in it. It was beautifully made and beautifully packed in a purpose made presentation box. These straps are not cheap - but they are excellent quality and I am delighted with mine. I am sure it will last a lifetime and will age well.

"I first got onto Lucky Camera Straps after seeing my mates using them and originally just bought one for my secondary camera, my Olympus. The strap is wide, soft and comfy around my neck and it looks pretty. Not long ago I bit the bullet and put one on my Nikon and I haven't looked back. Highly recommend."
"It's always amazing getting complimented for having a rad camera strap. I've definitely upped my street cred when I run around taking photos!"
