Our lifetime common sense guarantee covers your strap from issues with workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not specifically cover any equipment the camera was carrying or normal ageing of leathers.
Please inspect your camera straps regularly, especially where it connects to the camera. Some small wear marks may appear on the webbing after a lot of use, this is normal. However, if you think the webbing may be compromised please contact us asap.

Absolutely beautiful strap. I had to change my order and Jim from Lucky Straps sorted it out with no fuss at all. Excellent customer service. I now own two Lucky Straps, a beautiful brown leather strap on my Pentax MZ-S and a beautiful black one on my D700. The straps look awesome and are super comfortable if you are lugging a heavy beast like a D700 with a 24-70 and battery grip. I can't recommend Lucky Straps highly enough.
